The man who helped bring Shaggy Rogers to life in the 2000 cult classic Scooby-Doo was just recently spotted in the small town of DeWitt, Michigan! Lillard, best known for classics like Scream and the movie Hackers, made an appearance at a delicious local favorite, "Scoopy-Doos," using the same moniker as the popular series name.

Lillard himself comes from Lansing, Michigan originally. He went from making movies about a ghost in a mask hunting down and killing people, or being the terrified individual who has to unmask the monster himself.

I mean, how can you not like a classic like Scooby Doo? The classic villain chases, as well as Shaggy being scared and occasionally jumping into Scooby Doo's arms.

I'm sure you remember him portraying other rolls as well, like Stu Macher in Scream, with the perfect balance of humor and horror. Can we not drop the other classic from the list either, Hackers.

Being a Lansing native himself, it only seems fitting, that the Scooby-Doo character would make an appearance at Scoopy-Doos in DeWitt. Home of some good treats, as well as a ton of Scooby-Doo memorabilia.

People seem excited to see Mathew in town. While originally hailing from the capital city, he more than likely has friends and family still nestled away in the city's capitol. A lot of people have commented as well on how great of a person the international star is, and how great there encounters have been with him.
