Winter Weather Advisory Extended Until 8pm

Yesterday "they" said our Winter Weather Advisory would run 5am to 6pm today.  Then today they changed it to 5am until noon.  NOW... they've extended it even beyond the original 6pm expiration, to 8pm.

This must be Michigan.

"They" say freezing rain is coming, and while temperatures will gradually rise as the evening comes, we still could see a period of icy road conditions --- perfectly timed for the afternoon commute.

Additionally, ice on branches and power lines could cause damage and/or outages.  Be advised.
