In case you missed this story - on Saturday, a whitetail buck walked out of the woods at Saugatuck State Park and onto the beach, which was full of people. According to the Detroit Free Press, he posed for selfies, let kids pet him and licked one woman's legs. He stayed there, on the beach with a lot of people, for 30 minutes.

And of course, because of cellphones, there is video and a lot of photos.

I'm no wildlife biologist, but I would think this is not normal. I'd love to have somebody who knows more about this (hello..taps on screen...Michigan DNR?) weigh in on their theory. I know a fawn may get confused and follow people around, but an adult buck?
