What ‘Back To The Future II’ Got Right and Wrong About 2015

First of all, we can't talk about BttF2 WITHOUT talking about hoverboards. While hoverboards aren't in mass production (I know, I'm sad about it too), if you really want one, you might not have to wait as long as you think. Tony Hawk is working with Arx Pax, a company that creates and improves hover engines, to create a hoverboard that's as true to the "classic" skateboard as possible. Pepsi Perfect is another product featured in BttF2 that isn't in mass production, but you can get your hands on some. For only $20.15, you can taste the future. Or, the present, I guess... But decide quickly if you want some, only 6,500 bottles are being made.

Sadly, this one is a no-go. I don't know about you, but my car tires are planted firmly on the road. Car companies have come up with lots of different ways to fuel a car (ethanol, bio-diesel, gasoline, etc.), but nothing that hovers yet. Maybe in another 30 years?

Okay, this one is riding the line between "futuristic movie fantasy" and actual reality. In Back to the Future 2, the Cubs win the World Series against Miami. In reality, the Cubs haven't won a World Series since 1908. But the crazy thing about this particular BttF2 prediction, is that it might come true very soon. The Cubs are playing the Mets right now, and while they are down in the series, if  the Cubs beat the Mets, they will advance to The World Series, and would just need to beat one more team to official be the World Series champs. We'll see...
