Weekend Guide to Events & Fairs in Michigan
This weekend we are expected to see alot of great weather with highs in the low 80s and plenty of sunshine. So because of that why not try and get out and see some events and fairs going on this weekend in Michigan
In East Lansing, there is the outdoor Summer Concert Series live music on seven Fridays in the summer in downtown, this weekend is Taylor Taylor. More here
In downtown Lansing, you can check out the Classic car show open to all years and all makes of cars, trucks and motorcycles. Over 95 classes and over 200 awards. This show helps support the R.E. Olds Transportation Museum. Its Free and from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This weekend at the Hope Sports Complex its The Super Y League (SYL) Regional Scouting Series provides SYL soccer players a platform to showcase their individual abilities for college coaches in their region or qualify for the U.S. Technical Championship. More on it here.
If you want to make a drive......
You can drive to the Traverse City Film Festival (More Here) which is going on July 27th - 30th as there will be documentary films, as well as premieres, parties, panel discussions, and free films for families.
If you really want to make a drive you can head to the U.P to Downtown Marquette for the 16th annual Blueberry Festival on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in . Washington and Front streets will be bustling with sidewalk sales, artists, inflatable arcade games, and activities for children and families (More Here)
