Not hot. Not summery. Just, warmer than usual. And we're not gonna mention that four letter word because we just might summon it. So let's just go with it's gonna be warmer than normal next week, leave it at that, and enjoy it. Michigan weather is listening. And it's a fickle, temperamental beast. We dare not risk angering it lol.

Starting Monday, April 30th through Sunday, May 6th we can look forward to an extended time period of warmer-than-average temperatures. (Source: MLive)

We've had only three days in April with temperatures warmer than average. Now it looks like we can look forward to an extended time period of warmer-than-average temperatures.

This extended warmer-than-average temperature pattern will start next Monday, April 30 and continue to May 6. We could have all of next week with warmer-than-average temperatures. Notice I didn't say hot or summery, but warmer-than-average. Next week the average temperatures are in the mid-60s. If we climb 10 degrees warmer than normal, we are talking some days next week in the mid-70s.
