On Friday, a cable holding the stoplights at Pennsylvania and Saginaw in Lansing snapped, according to WILX-TV.  Police believe one of the lights crashed down on to a car, and that that car then left the scene.  The incident caused slow moving traffic and lane closures while crews raised the lights.
