From Twilight to Detroit: Taylor Lautner Cheers on Lions

It seems like the Detroit Lions are good at drawing a large crowd of both regular individuals as well as the bigger names and celebrities. Just recently, the Lions have seen stars like Eminem drop by and even take pictures with their fans.

For those of you Shark Boy and Lava Girl fans, or even better, Twilight fans, you were probably shocked to see our very own "Jacob Black" there, better known as Taylor Lautner.

Believe it or not, Taylor stopping by the Detroit Lions game on Monday night should not come as a surprise. Taylor is actually a Michigan native, being born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

He's made a plethora of appearances in different movies and shows, from Twilight, My Wife and Kids, What's New, Scooby-Doo, Danny Phantom, and more. He's become a major pop culture star in and of himself.

Lautner Is, In Fact, A Lions Fan

With that information kept in mind, it should come as no shock to see Taylor make an appearance at a Detroit Lions game. Lautner was spotted by the Detroit News, which decided to capitalize on his appearance at the Lions game. You can check out that video below.

So now we know that Jacob Black is, in fact, a Detroit Lions fan. The game itself was a great one for the Detroit Lions with a 24-9 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, giving the team a 5-2 record so far in the 2025 Lions' season.
