We had quite the little snow event on Monday and while most schools were closed, Michigan State was not but will instead be closed on Wednesday.

With the snow today and the deep freeze coming later this week Lansing and Jackson are helping to keep everyone warm with warming centers open through Thursday.

We have seen a little bit of snow so far and temps are right around freezing and if you are trying to combat the cold and snow cheaply this can help.

Winter doesn't officially start until the end of the month but we already had about 6 inches this week so let's just say it started
