Swan Creek Candle Reopens in Perry

After closing in April, Swan Creek Candle in Perry has reopened under new ownership, Perry Pulse reports.  The candle outlet had served the Perry community for a decade and a half.  Moriah Smith is the new owner, but she's not exactly new to the helm, having worked for Swan Creek Candle in Perry for 11 years.
