Strong Thunderstorms May Affect Saturday Night

If you are headed out Saturday night you should be careful as we could see strong winds and thunderstorms in the Lansing and Mid-Michigan area. There is a line of thunderstorms that could be hitting our area late afternoon/early evening Saturday which could also affect the Michigan State-Michigan game going on in Ann Arbor tonight too.

Wind gusts nearing 40 mph are possible in the afternoon as temperatures climb to around 80 degrees, the National Weather Service said. Gusty conditions will persist if thunderstorms develop in the evening like was explained above. To see more about hourly forecast for the Lansing-Area, its here
