C'mon, you know the temptation is there. You're out driving on the roads and because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you don't see anybody behind you and almost nobody in front of you. So, why not punch that pedal to the floor and finally see what this baby will do?

You've always wanted to, right? And where are the cops?

Well, even though many people are pushing their vehicle speeds way beyond the limit right now it still isn't a good idea to join them. And yes, the cops are still out there and they are as busy, if not busier than ever.

According to the Lansing State Journal, the Michigan State Police say that drivers speeds are up. Way up. Most recently one driver got popped for doing 180. Yep, almost two-hundred-miles-an-hour! I'll sit that one out, thank you...

The thing is that a lot of people may not be driving that fast but they're still getting popped for posting triple digit speeds. What?!?!?

Two things to take away here? Slow down and drive more safely please and...the eyes of the law are still upon us all. And if by chance I happen to be in your vehicle and you're planning to go 180, um...just pull over right there and let me out.
