Snow Emergency! Lansing, East Lansing, Meridian Township Make Declarations, Issue Parking Restrictions

No trash pick-up in the city of Lansing on Thursday is amongst the changes residents will face as mid-Michigan deals with the fallout from this week's winter storm, WILX-TV reports.

Parking restrictions have been issued in Lansing, East Lansing and Meridian Township and in some cases violators may find their vehicles towed.
