Senator Giving Speech on Commuter Safety Nearly Struck By Train [VIDEO]

Senator Richard Blumenthal (CT) and his easel were nearly struck by a high speed Amtrak while standing on the Milford Metro-North platform as part of a speech about commuter safety.  As the train raced by, Milford Mayor Ben Blake was uttering the words "safety...is paramount."
