River “Friends” Looking for Bug Catchers for Research Events – No Experience Necessary

The Friends of the Shiawassee River are holding several events along the river in the next month, hoping to catch bugs.  Yep.  That's right.  But it's all for research, of course.

If you have a smidgen of interest in protecting the environment, being a part of this might give you a little personal pride.  No experience is necessary.  The first event will happen in Owosso on Saturday.  Another event will take place the following weekend in Fenton.  There will be still more events later in the month in Shiawassee County, Perry Pulse reports.
