He was mad at his supervisor's response to his concern over poor working conditions, so, he says, he wanted to make the railroad pay.  Derek Skyler Brux, 22, was a utility coal operator for Rail Link in Wisconsin, according to The Inquisitr.

On Friday, October 10th, he was charged with reckless endangering, felony destruction of property and felony destruction, and obstruction or removal of railroad track or fixtures after authorities say he admitted to stealing a train from North Antelope Rochelle mine and driving it 13 miles on a main line before crashing it into another train.
Then, authorities say, he backed it up and rammed it into the train again.
