Power Outages Reported from East Lansing to DeWitt

We're looking for information on the cause of reported power outages throughout the Lansing area.  The outage is affecting stoplights on Old 27 in DeWitt, a tipster says.  We also hear about stoplights out on Cedar and Grand River in the Frandor area.  Treat intersections affected by outages as four-way stops.
