No Charges for Family of Boy That Fell In Gorilla Enclosure
Hamilton County Ohio Prosecutor Joe Deters announced yesterday that no charges will be filed against the family of the 3 year old boy that climbed into the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinatti Zoo.
Authorities believe parental negligence did not play a role in the incident. NPR reports Joe Deters said to anyone that believes a child can't make it very far in a short amount of time, "They can and they do."
The Gorilla exhibit has now reopened after the zoo made alterations to the border.
