Nicki Minaj Rocks a Metallic Minidress on 2014 MTV VMAs Red Carpet [PHOTOS]

Despite the eyebrow-raising caused by her 'Anaconda' video, Nicki Minaj kept things classy (and covered) at the 2014 MTV VMAs.

The singer rocked an ultra-short minidress at the event, showing lots and lots of leg. However, the shortness of the skirt was balanced out by the garment's long sleeves. The patten of the dress was surprisingly subtle, considering it was a metallic animal print.

The real star of the ensemble was Nicki's styling. Loose waves, minimal makeup and the perfect nude heels were exactly what the outfit needed to be glam and edgy -- without going overboard.
