Nice Weekend To Spend Here in the Lansing-Area

This weekend we are going to see Spring like weather, hopefully until summer, so whether you are going to get outdoors or stay in for fun here are some suggestions....

First there is the Lansing Brewing Company Winter Warrior Event, its on Saturday 1-5p. You can brave the nice weather on their patio with great music, drinks, and some of proceeds go to charity. Details and tickets are here.

Next, the high temps are around 50 but lows are going to be around the freezing mark this weekend so you can check out the Moonlight Skiing and Snowshoeing at the Harris Nature Center in Okemos. $10 gets you in and gets you rental equipment or use your own for a cheaper entrance fee. More Details 

Next is the Spartan Stampede running Friday 2/17 through Sunday 2/19, admission is Free, its located at MSU Pavilion for Agriculture and Livestock Education. More Details. In addition, you can spend time outdoors at Night with Howl at the Moon in Meridian Township on the third friday of every month, More Info. 

Finally something inside with The Grand Ledge Opera House with their Annual Bridal Show on February 19, 2017 from Noon till 3:00pm. Admission is $4, details
