New Outfield Apartments Opened in Downtown Lansing

The new $11 million apartment complex built in the outfield (though out of the field of play) in the Cooley Law School Stadium. The apartments have been under construction for a few years now but they are finally opened.

The  84-unit complex including 42 that face the ballpark, has been getting tons of people renting apartments. The apartments that face the stadium are going fast and a little more expensive that don't face the field. Even though, you might be more interested in the rooms that face the field the rooms that don't still have amazing views of Lansing and the Capital Building.
