New Food Truck Designed and Operated By Lansing Area Students

Students at Capital Area Career Center officially introduced the new Fresh & Furious food truck on Tuesday, celebrating the official ribbon cutting.  The project began last year, completely designed by students, from the art to the menu to the business plan, and today it's reality.

The truck officially opens for business in January, according to the Lansing State Journal, serving sandwiches like gyros, Chicken Pomodori on Sourdough, Cuban Press Panini and Mediterranean beef and lamb sliders.
