New Build Your Own Pizza Place Opens Today

A new build your own pizza restaurant opens today in downtown East Lansing.

Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza (at 115 E. Grand river Ave.) has 10 thin crust pizzas on the menu, but specializes in customers building their own with 40 possible toppings.

The restaurant’s stone fired oven cooks pizza at 800 degrees in less than 3 minutes, so its fast food. Also the restaurant is selling 11 inch pies for $3 during its grand opening.  It’s open from now until midnight tonight.

After the grand opening, customers will be able to buy 11 inch pizzas with 5 toppings for $7.99. Check out more from the Lansing State Journal.
