Michigan State University and University of Michigan are both in trouble after Saturday's pregame antics.

According to Lansing State Journal, Michigan State was fined $10,000 by the Big Ten. In addition to the fine, the Big Ten "reprimanded the university, football coach Mark Dantonio, the University of Michigan and coach Jim Harbaugh for their actions during and after Saturday morning's pregame confrontation at Spartan Stadium."

So to recap;

  1. MSU is in trouble because, essentially, they started it.
  2. Mark Dantonio is in trouble because he walked behind MSU while the series of events took place, and did nothing.
  3. Devin Bush Jr is in trouble for taking his cleats to the Spartan helmet at center field and yelling at players.
  4. Jim Harbaugh is in trouble his postgame comments about what happened.
