More Major Retailers To Close Before The Holidays

There are going to be more closures in the malls as more retailers are closing their doors. According to WILX, just as the holiday shopping season comes to a close so will a hundred or so Sears or K-Marts. The actual number is not known yet, but it about 100 Sears and K-Mart locations will close their doors for good.

Along with these closures, there will be 26 stores that will close in late October. The company that owns Sears and K-Mart struck a deal earlier in the year to keep the company from being bankrupt, but these closures are probably associated with it too. There is no word on which stores will close, but since a few of these stores already have closed in our area, there might be more coming soon.
