Miley Cyrus is once again defending using little people as her backup dancers.

Speaking to MSNBC's Ronan Farrow -- son of Woody Allen and Mia Farrow -- Cyrus denies claims that she is exploiting the dancers, one of whom penned a piece about how the experience made her feel degraded.

"We're making them feel sexual and beautiful," Cyrus explained to Farrow. She even referenced one of her little person dancers, adding, "We're all about lifting her up and making her feel so sexy all the time, and having her dance -- because she's actually an awesome dancer."

However, another little person backup dancer does not share Cyrus' sentiment.

Hollis Jane, the former dancer who claimed that dancing in a bear costume at the VMAs made her "shake and cry," disagrees -- though she mentions that she doesn't blame the 21-year-old singer.

"Little people need to stop being seen, in my opinion, in the media as just jokes," Jane tells Farrow.

Valid point.
