MDOT Looking For Person That Left Crashed Motorcycle on Highway

So you wanna hear a crazy story.....MDOT is doing road maintenance now on a stretch of I-96 and sometime earlier today or last night someone crashed their motorcycle going over the unfinished road. But now it gets weirder as the person that crashed it left the bike there and fled the scene. MDOT found it earlier today and the motorcycle is now in the pound and the sheriff is looking for the person that left this concrete covered motorcycle.
