Who doesn't love their crock pot?!? Who doesn't love the ease of throwing some ingredients together and having a delicious dinner ready in a few hours? Well, how about having a delicious DESSERT made in the crockpot while you tend to other more important things, like, life? A hot fudge brownie dessert? Yes, please!

Here's what you need:

2 cups brownie mix (get creative if you want)
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup boiling water

Mix together the brownie mix, egg, oil, water, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Pour batter in a greased 3-4 quart slowcooker. In a new bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cocoa, and boiling water. Make sure the brown sugar and cocoa dissolves completely. Pour that over the batter. Cover and cook for 2 hours on high heat. Turn off and let sit for 30 minutes. Then spoon into bowls and serve with ice cream if you so choose! Delicous and easy!
