Here's something to look forward to in 2018....the Michigan’s minimum wage will rise to $9.25 an hour.

The rise in minimum wage will start on January 1st and that’s a 35-cent raise from the current minimum of $8.90 per hour. This increase is the final increase from a law that was passed in 2014 but if you are thinking the minimum wage will not rise anymore it actually will. According to WLNS, beginning in 2019 the minimum wage will increase every year will inflation that is unless unemployment is high.
