If you love checking out all of the farmers markets in Mid-Michigan, add another one to the list as Lansing's Farmers Market at the Capitol returns today. According to the Lansing State Journal, the Michigan Farmers Market Association puts the event on to show what good Michigan farmers markets do for their respective communities.

The market, will have 80 different vendors from all over Michigan that will sell and show off all of their various fruits, vegetables, and other items.  The Farmers Market at the Capitol kicks off Thursday morning at 9am and runs until 2pm on the Capitol lawn.

Along with buying fruits, veggies, cheeses, chocolates, and more you can also see the Lansing Symphony Orchestra which will perform at 11am and 1pm. Also you will be able to check out cooking demonstrations, food trucks and more. Also make a note that the summer's remaining two Capitol farmers markets will take place Aug. 23 and Sept. 20.
