I drive past it all the time and am genuinely upset when I can't go eat there.

I'm wondering how do you miss it?

It's the giant truck that says SUPER TORTAS,TACOS, Y BURRITOS on it. I mean...

It's a neighborhood food truck slinging AUTHENTIC Mexican eats. And really decent sized portions.

And even though they've been around for a while and have their tried and true favorites, they aren't afraid to step outside of the box. They recently just updated their menu and it looks delicious. Can you say Birria?

I know the sign says SUPER TORTA but I also have to warn you about the massive sized BIG BURRITOS. They come in small and even those are plenty for one person. Just trust me when I say the big burrito, the wet burrito, and the breakfast burrito are no joke.

They've got a variety of tasty meats to stuff in your favorite Mexican meals and even a veggie burrito for you non carnivores.

Take a look at the gallery below. And do yourself a favor. Stop by. You'll see and taste what all the fuss is about. I definitely approve. And don't let your eyes be bigger than you belly. This is serious authentic Mexican FILL UP FOOD. You can eat it here or take it home.

I would suggest you take it home. That way you can pass out on your nearest piece of furniture because a nap will be all you're good for after you're done.
