Kids Steal Massive Tractor from Springport Farmer To Push Stuck Camper They Stole The Day Before Out of the Mud
A Springport farmer discovered his half-million dollar tractor was missing on Tuesday. It turns out, a bunch of kids stole it to try and push a camper out of the mud, WILX-TV says. Apparently, the kids stole the camper the day before and got it stuck in the mud almost eight miles away from where they stole the tractor.
Once police were alerted about the missing tractor, it didn't take long to find it. Because it's a giant tractor. It's kind of like stealing an elephant. It's kind of like stealing the Statue of Liberty. It's kind of like stealing the Mackinac Bridge. It's ki--- you get the point.
Even though the tractor suffered only minor damage, the insurance company estimates a repair bill of $12,000.
