K-zoo County woman gives speech about student debt, then WINS THE LOTTERY!

Amanda Dietz of Vicksburg says she had just given a speech about student loan debt. She had even told the audience how awesome it would be to win the lottery to help out. Later that day, she bought an instant lottery ticket at a Speedway station. She had even asked the clerk which ticket she should buy. He suggested one, and she picked another because she liked bingo tickets. She purchased the new Multi Prize Bingo game. After taking her time and scratching off a little bit here and there over a day or two, she discovered (or so she thought) she had won $100. She took it back to the Speedway to cash it in, but to her surprise, they told her she had won much more and had to call the lottery office! Amanda Dietz claims she had just given a speech on her student loan debt the same day she won $300,000 on a Michigan Lottery bingo scratch-off game. The Vicksburg woman tells lottery officials that she even threw a line about how "wonderful it would be to win the lottery and wipe all of my debt out at once" into the speech.
