This spring, I have been working my tail off to get ready for the Subway Summer Trail Series. I chatted with my friends over at Playmakers about getting in shape this summer and they helped me out with some gear that I've been using to start running for the first time in my life. This really has been great for me so far this year. Getting back in shape, I have more energy to do things and all because I run for about 15-20 minutes a day. That's it. I go run in the morning some days and then in the evenings some days as well. Doing about 1.5 to 2 miles a day sometimes. I feel better and I'm starting to lose a little bit of weight while I'm at it. Plus, it's really good for you. All you have to do is sign up and you're in. Team 975!
