Jackson Schools In Lockdown After Shooting

This story is still developing but there was a shooting at T.A. Wilson Academy in downtown Jackson, which has all of the Jackson Schools closed.

Police are on the scene of the shooting on West Morrell Street. One student was injured after he was shot in the arm while going on to the bus.

Update: The schools were released an hour or so after the lockdown and the student that was shot in the arm is expected to survive.
