Halloween lands on a Thursday this year, and if the My Forecast 30-day outlook is correct, Mid-Michigan will have a high that day of 52 to 60 degrees and no rain. Evening temperatures range from 40 to 44. Here's to hoping that sticks.

In a perfect world, Halloween would always be on a Saturday and 70 degrees, but unfortunately, that is not the case.
