Buc-ee’s Opening 14 New Locations—Finally in Michigan?
Here we go again with the never-ending question—will Michigan finally get a Buc-ee’s? They just announced 14 new locations opening in 2025-2026, and yeah…you have to ask. I mean, if any state is due for some Beaver Nugget love, it’s Michigan. (That’s a Buc-ee’s joke, just in case you’ve never been and didn’t get it.)
For whatever reason, the company behind Buc-ee’s has kept Michigan hoping, wishing, and praying that maybe, just maybe, this is our year.
Every time they announce new locations, we hold our breath. And now, with 14 new stores coming in 2025-2026… well, here we go again.
If you've never been to Buc-ee’s, you're probably so sick of people talking about it. But once you go...you totally get it.
According to Finance Buzz, the company behind Buc-ee’s has some big plans for the next couple of years, with 14 new locations opening across the country. Here's where you'll find them:
Pass Christian, Mississippi – Opening June 9, 2025
Rockingham County, Virginia – Opening June 30, 2025
Ocala, Florida – Opening 2025
Brunswick, Georgia – Opening August 2025
Harrison County, Mississippi – Opening 2025
Gallaway, Tennessee – Opening Summer 2026
Fort Pierce, Florida – Opening Late 2025 or Early 2026
Goodyear, Arizona – Opening June 2026
Ruston, Louisiana – Opening Mid-2026
Benton, Arkansas – Opening September 2026
Boerne, Texas – Opening 2026
Mebane, North Carolina – Opening Late 2026 or Early 2027
Huber Heights, Ohio – Opening Spring 2026
Oak Creek, Wisconsin – Opening Early 2027
Huber Heights was originally supposed to open this year, but the project has recently been pushed back. There are also two on our list that could open in 2027, but we're counting them anyway.
Yeah, you probably noticed that Michigan didn’t make the cut...again. Come on, Buc-ee’s, what gives? At this point, we're starting to take it personally.
