This New Lansing Restaurant is So Good It’s Selling Out
It's always a good thing when we have a new restaurant to add to the Lansing foodie scene, especially one that is apparently very delicious.
Have you been to the Lansing Mall recently? I know that the mall looks a lot different than it used to... perhaps more stores empty than you remember. However, there is a delicious bright spot within it's walls, and it's a brand new eatery.
New Restaurant Open in Lansing
One of the latest restaurants to join the Lansing foodie scene, and the brand new spot open in the Lansing Mall, is The Carter's.
The Carter's is a soul food restaurant, serving up all the soul food staples,
- rib tips
- chicken wings
- catfish
- sausages
- mac-n-cheese
- collard greens
- fried okra
- corn bread
- and so much more...
Here's the thing, this place must be super yummy, because they just had their grand opening on March 16th, and multiple times since then, they've had to put out the warning on Facebook that they sold out of food early. People are going crazy over the sauces, too.
