What’s Going On With Pablo’s in Old Town Lansing?
It looks like there are some changes being made to a popular spot in Old Town Lansing.
If you've been through Old Town lately, you'll see a lot has changed in recent months. Blue Owl Coffee closed its doors in February, the Old Town General Store closed in March, and Tanuki's Trading Post opened in March.
Now, another change has arrived in Old Town. Pablo's Mexican Restaurant has officially become Catalina's Mexican Restaurant.

Besides the name change, what else is going on with the former Pablo's turned Catalina's?
What Is Changing at Catalina's?
According to a Facebook post, things are changing in name only. All the things that patrons love will be staying the same—"the same family operation, the same great staff, and the same great food and service you've enjoyed for years."
Catalina's goes on to confirm that the owners are still staying the same and that the sister location of Pablo's located on Michigan Avenue is keeping the Pablo's name.

Some changes have already been made, as the outside signage for the building has been updated to the new Catalina's name and motif. The remaining name changes on things like menus, signs, and more will be updated soon.
What About the Other Pablo's Location?
Pablo's Mexican Restaurant has a second location in Lansing, located at the corner of Michigan and Clemens Avenues. That location will retain the Pablo's name, and no other changes have been announced.
