Lansing Named One of America’s Easiest Cities to Hook Up
Looking for lovin' in Lansing?
A new study claims Michigan's capital city is among the easiest places in America to hook up.
Lansing comes in at #83 on Roadsnacks' list of the 100 "Easiest Cities To Get Laid In America For 2026".
How Did This Study Even Measure That?
You're probably asking yourself — "How on earth did they determine that?"
Well, to be fair, Roadsnacks' way of figuring out these things isn't exactly endorsed by the scientific community.

Using what they call "Saturday Night Science", here are a few things that Roadsnacks took into consideration using data from the U.S. Census for the 300 biggest cities in the country:
- the number of bars per capita;
- population density;
- the percentage of residents who are single;
- the average age of each city's population;
- median income; and
- how many colleges are close by.
The raw data comes from a reputable source, but whether those data points are really the recipe for what makes a city an "easy place to hook up" is up for debate.
Three Other Michigan Cities Ranked Even Higher
That being said — according to Roadsnacks, it's even easier to hook up in three other Michigan cities!
Grand Rapids landed at #51 overall of Roadsnacks' list of the "Easiest Cities to Get Laid in America for 2026". That makes it the 3rd easiest place to find a hookup in Michigan.
It's slightly easier in Detroit, coming in at #48 overall and second in the state.
