Michigan loves its college basketball, and with the arrival of March Madness, Lansing is the perfect place to enjoy the action with fellow fans. Whether you're cheering for Michigan State, filling out your bracket, or just looking for a lively atmosphere with great food and drinks, there are several great spots for you.

Art & Jake's Sports Bar & Grill in Lansing
The newest addition to this list, Art & Jake's just opened its Lansing location in 2024.
It's located in Eastwood Towne Center, where Champps used to be for 20 years. Art & Jake's has a huge selection of food and drinks, and features more than seven dozen TVs - so you're guaranteed to see the game you came for.
Reno's North in Lansing
Located on U.S. 127 on Lansing's north side, Reno's Sports Bar & Grill is one of the city's mainstays when it comes to watching the games.
Reno's has a wide variety of beers available, including several brewed right here in Michigan.
Art's Pub in Lansing
If you prefer a more relaxed yet still lively setting, the newly-renovated Art's Pub (809 East Kalamazoo Street in Lansing) offers delicious pizzas, plenty of screens, and great drink specials.
It's an excellent choice if you want to avoid the downtown and/or campus crowds but still enjoy a great game-watching experience.
Lansing Brewing Company in Downtown Lansing
For craft beer lovers, Lansing Brewing Company is a great spot to watch the games.

Peanut Barrel in East Lansing
The Peanut Barrel is located at 521 East Grand River Avenue in East Lansing. Think of it as your classic college dive bar with an undeniably Spartan vibe.
The Peanut Barrel's the place to be if you're looking for a laid-back experience with great burgers and beer. You won't find a ton of screens here, but the energy in the room when MSU plays is unbeatable.
Frank's Press Box in Lansing
Located on Lansing's west side on West Saginaw Highway, Frank's Press Box has a lot of space to spread out.
An excellent beer selection, great food, and a fun gameday atmosphere. Can't ask for much more.
Pizza House in East Lansing
If you're looking for some good pizza while watching the games, don't forget about Pizza House on Hagadorn Road in East Lansing.
It's right on the east side of the MSU campus, and features just the right mix of Spartan enthusiasm and chill. Pizza House has more than 30 flat screen TVs, and seating for as many as 400.
Lucky's Hole In The Wall in Lansing
It's easy to forget about Lucky's Hole In The Wall in Lansing since it's kind of off the beaten path.
Located just off South Cedar in Lansing on Baker Street, Lucky's is known for delicious wings, pizza, pulled pork and more. Watch the game on the big screens and enjoy a more laid-back vibe.
Buddies Pub & Grill in Okemos
Buddies Pub & Grill can be found near the intersection of East Grand River Avenue and Marsh Road in Okemos.

Boston's in Lansing
Boston's is in Lansing's Eastwood Towne Center, not far from Sam's Club.

Tips for Enjoying March Madness in Lansing
Keep in mind that popular spots like Harrison Roadhouse and The Nuthouse will fill up quickly on game days. Some places may even let you call ahead and reserve seating - check on that. Plan to get there early if not.
