Another Store Is Closing at Lansing Mall, and Here’s When
Going to the Lansing Mall sure looks a lot different than it used to.
I was visiting the mall with a friend recently when we noticed how few stores were open. Sadly, the Lansing Mall is about to lose another store.
f.y.e. Is Closing at Lansing Mall
f.y.e. will soon be closing its doors.
If you ever shopped for CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, movie posters, and various forms of media, you probably remember shopping at f.y.e. It's a "specialty retailer of entertainment and pop culture merchandise."
When Is f.y.e. at Lansing Mall Closing?
Unfortunately, the Lansing Mall location will be closing soon. When I visited the weekend of October 16, there were plenty of "store closing" and "final sale" signs throughout the store.

The last day of business for f.y.e. is Monday, October 26. Currently, shoppers can get discounts of up to 60% on items throughout the store. But keep in mind, all sales are final.
If you're looking for movies, records, vinyl figures, clothes, CDs, and other pop culture items, you should stop by to see what f.y.e. has left.

If you take a look at some of the signs, you'll notice they say, "Everything on sale, nothing held back!" Well, they really mean it because even the store's shelves, racks, and tables are for sale.
Where to Find Other f.y.e. Stores in Michigan
When the Lansing Mall location closes, and you really miss f.y.e., there will still be a handful of locations left throughout Michigan:
- Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills
- Rivertown Crossing in Grandville
- Crossroads Mall in Portage
- Oakland Mall in Troy
- Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw
- Grand Traverse Mall in Traverse City
The f.y.e. at the Lansing Mall will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays until its last day of business.
