This weekend marks the end of the March Feature Show - Imagine the Moon at Abrams Planetarium in East Lansing. The public is invited to "explore how the Moon has inspired human creativity, learning, and exploration ever since we have looked to the sky." There are shows Friday (3/24), Saturday (3/25) and Sunday (3/26).


 

Cars & Characters: Princesses, Villains, & Superheroes

Take a car trip to Hickory Corners for Cars & Characters: Princesses, Villains, & Superheroes at the Gilmore Car Museum. Kids will love taking pictures and participating in storytime with their favorite characters. Spiderman will host a superhero training camp, and there'll be Princess Training with Cinderella, Drizella and Anastasia as well. The event is on Saturday (3/25) from 11am to 4pm.


Maple Syrup Festival

Enjoy a Maple Syrup Festival at Lansing's Fenner Nature Center on Saturday (3/25) from 11am to 5pm. See and experience how real Michigan maple syrup has been made over the years, and enjoy some tasty maple-flavored treats too!


 

Heroes Operation BYOP Fundraiser

There's a cornhole tournament at Owosso's Baggin' and Braggin' Cornhole Event Center this Saturday (3/25) beginning at noon. It's a BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner) fundraiser for The Heroes Operation, a Michigan-based charity that gives back to America's veterans. In addition to spirited competition, there'll be raffles, a 50/50 and more.


Moores Park Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

Easter is right around the corner (April 9), and the egg hunts are already underway. One of the Lansing area's favorites is the Moores Park Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt, being held this Saturday (3/25) beginning at 2:30pm. There will be separate hunts for those ages 0-4 and 5-12, and the Easter Bunny's making time to stop by too!

This Sunday (3/26) from 9am to 2:30pm, it's the 2023 Michigan Buggy Builders Show at the Lansing Center. Check out eight different classes of buggies, and grab some new or used parts for your own from more than 100 vendors!

It's called Michigan's largest music swap! Buy, sell or trade used guitars, bass guitars, acoustic guitars, guitar amps and more at the Causeway Bay Hotel in Lansing on Sunday (3/26) during the 2023 Lansing Music Instrument Swap from 10am to 4pm.

This Sunday (3/26) from 10am to 4pm, the Ingham County Fairgrounds in Mason hosts Finders Keepers, a mostly indoor event with more than 125 vendors including local makers, shop owners, vintage dealers, boutique trucks, food trucks and more. Be aware that General Admission is $5 and cash only.
