We've all considered it before, right?

Having just a bit too much garbage than you know what to do with, but you see the neighbor has some room. Can you do it though?

Is It Legal To Use Another Man's Garbage?

Can You Use Your Neighbors or Even Businesses Trash Can?

Right off the bat, my personal answer is this should be a hard no. Everyone has to pay for their garbage services, whether that be for business use or just at home.

Here's What Michigan Law Says:

If you're thinking of doing it, here are the straight facts:

"Any person who shall dump, deposit or place any filth, garbage or refuse on the grounds or premises of another, without the specific permission of the owner thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor." - according to the Michigan Legislature website.
You may want to think twice before making your treasures your neighbor's troubles. It may not be best for you at the end of the day.
