Here is what Love Food had to say about The Hudson Cafe;

The Hudson Cafe in Downtown Detroit knows how to pull in the customers – and that’s with ridiculously tempting pancakes like the Oreo and the Chunky Monkey, a moreish combination of caramel, white choc chips and banana. Another crowd-pleaser is the Cinnabunn, cinnamon-swirled pancakes with a generous topping of cream cheese icing. It offers a variety of crêpes with toppings from banana to chicken pesto too.

I've never checked out Hudson Cafe in Detroit but the food sure does look good.
