I-69 Drivers Near Swartz Creek Beware

Five or six reports since mid-summer have been taken by police of someone throwing objects from overpasses in Clayton Township near Swartz Creek, WJRT-TV reports.

Rocks, eggs, and on Monday night -- the worst incident, police say -- someone threw a fan in a bag and tossed it.  It slammed into a car, smashing the windshield and injuring the driver.  Fortunately, the injuries were minor.

Incidents have been reported at both the Nichols Road and Duffield Road overpasses.
