How To Be Safe & Where To Park On St Patrick’s Day

Ok I get it St. Patrick's Day is tomorrow and you are probably looking for somewhere you can park that isn't far from where you are celebrating and also that won't break your wallet.

Also along with car pooling and having a designated driver, there are plenty of taxi services, Uber, and CATA bus system. Also this is huge as on St. Patrick’s Day, East Lansing is offering FREE OVERNIGHT PARKING, this is so there will hopefully be less drunk drivers according to WILX.

And here are the four spots for FREE overnight parking:

1. The metered spots on Evergreen Avenue, right behind the Peoples Church.
2. The lot right next to Dublin Square, located at the corner of Albert and Abbott.
3. The West Lot of East Lansing City Hall.
4. The parking lot off Bailey street between Grand River and Albert. It’s the lot behind Chipotle and the Peanut Barrel.
