Get Ahead of Scams in The Lansing-Area

A new service/website from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) called "Scamtracker" which allows you to see who have alerted the BBB in your area for a scam.

Over the last month, Scamtracker has found dozens of scams in Lansing that include things like people being scammed by fake online ticket sites, people getting calls demanding money for credit card debt they don’t have and people being targeted by scammers saying they won the lottery.

So now you can get ahead of potential scams in your area, but as always be careful and don't be giving out your personal info to those scammers.
