Townsquare Media General Contest Rules and Prize Pick-Up Info
Prize Redemption Procedure:
If you are a prize winner:
All prizes are available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED at time of winning.
You will have to come to the Townsquare Media offices during normal business hours to pick-up your prize. We are located at 3420 Pine Tree Road, Lansing MI 48911. The Business and Promotions Offices are not open on certain holidays. Please call ahead to verify hours at (517) 394-7272.
A station representative will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form. You may be asked for your Social Security Number for tax purposes.
Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize.
Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, you will receive your prize.
Prize Winning Notice:
You are not eligible to win another contest for a period of 30 days after the date you won, unless otherwise specified by station personnel. This does not apply to national contesting or eligibility as a qualifier for premiere contests.
If a prize is not picked within 2 weeks of winning prize or notification by the station of prize being in, listener will forfeit prize. For tickets to shows, events, movies, etc., forfeiture will occur at the close of the last business prior to the show, event, movie, etc.
If a prize is not in at the time of winning, station staff will contact winner via telephone during normal business hours. Townsquare Media and its stations are not responsible for any errors in contacting winners for any reason.
Prizes must be claimed by the actual contest winner unless prior arrangements can be made. Substitutions will be rare, but can be considered by the Townsquare Media Promotions Department.

ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS.
ALL PRIZES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF THE DATE WON WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS WINNERS ARE OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.
IF PRIZE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF THE DATE WON, YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED A CONTEST WINNER AND MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF ELIGIBILITY.
ONCE A PRIZE IS WON ON THE AIR, AND ALL OF THE WINNER’S INFORMATION IS TAKEN, YOU ARE AN OFFICIAL WINNER OF TOWNSQUARE MEDIA & THEIR STATIONS AND MUST ABIDE BY ALL OF THE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES.
ANYONE WHO WINS ONE THOUSAND ($1000) DOLLARS OR MORE IN CASH, PRIZES, OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH, IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN AGAIN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR.
ALL CALLS ON THE CONTEST LINE CAN BE RECORDED FOR PLAYBACK ON ANY AND ALL TOWNSQUARE MEDIA STATIONS.
ALL PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE TOWNSQUARE MEDIA BUSINESS OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, MONDAY – FRIDAY 8a.m – 5p.m EXCEPT HOLIDAYS. (PLEASE CALL AHEAD FOR HOLIDAY HOURS)
PROPER ID MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN PICKING UP A PRIZE AND A STANDARD RELEASE FORM MUST BE SIGNED.
ALL PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH.
ALL CHECKS WILL BE HELD FOR PICK UP FOR ONE YEAR FROM STATION RECEIPT OF CHECK.
TOWNSQUARE MEDIA & ITS STATIONS DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVENTS CANCELLED AND/OR RESCHEDULED, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING TICKETS/PRIZES ALREADY WON TO THE EVENTS CANCELLED.
EMPLOYEES OF TOWNSQUARE MEDIA., ITS STATIONS, PARTICIPATING SPONSORS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY RADIO STATION IN THE LANSING, MI TOTAL SURVEY AREA, AS DESIGNATED BY ARBITRON, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN.
