Find Your New Pet at "Adopt-A-Thon" This Weekend

If you are looking for a new pet for your family then there are going to be some dogs and cats waiting for forever homes this weekend. This weekend the Ingham County Animal Control Shelter (ICACS), is hosting their annual "Adopt-A-Fest" at Potter Park Zoo. The event kicks off Friday, June 1st at 12 pm, and will go until 6 pm on Saturday, June 2nd. That's right there will be adoptable cats and dogs during the "30 hour adoption extravaganza", and there will be reduced adoption fees! Also on Friday and Saturday there will be reduced prices on distemper shots and microchips, and free rabies vaccines.

Adopt-A-Thon will happening right outside the Potter Park Zoo so you can grab the kids and have fun at the zoo and find you next pet. Get more details on the event here.
